Dr. Tracy Schroepfer
Dr. Tracy Schroepfer is the owner of Congo Dental Studio. Raised in New Berlin, Wisconsin, as the sixth of eight children, she discovered her passion for dentistry at age 13 and began her career as a periodontal assistant. She completed her education in dental hygiene and biological sciences at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine and a Certificate in Public Health with a dental emphasis from A.T. Still University–Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health.
Dr. Schroepfer has received the Horace Wells Senior Student Award from the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and the Missouri Primary Care Association Award for dedication to community service. She provides honest, high-quality dental care at Congo Dental Studio for individuals and families in the Benton community.
Grace - Dental Assistant
Grace graduated from dental assisting school in Spring 2024. She takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment and working closely with Dr. Schroepfer to deliver quality care.
Kelly - insurance & billing Coordinator
Kelly grew up in Little Rock and began her dental career in Texas more than 18 years ago. She manages insurance and billing coordination, helping ensure accuracy, clarity, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and making the most of summer days at the lake.
Jen- Patient care Coordinator
Jen is here at Congo Dental Studio in Benton, AR to make every visit smooth and stress-free. With over 20 years in the dental field, she’s dedicated to ensuring you feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, being outdoors, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen, often inspired by her experiences at Congo Dental Studio.
Emma - Hygienist
Emma grew up in Malvern and attended dental hygiene school at UAMS, graduating in May 2024. Her inspiration to become a hygienist originated from her own positive dental experiences, as she always enjoyed her dental cleaning appointments. Inspired by the exceptional care she received at places like Congo Dental Studio in Benton, AR, she knew she wanted to help others achieve the same comfort and care in their dental health.
Madelynn - Hygienist
Madelynn graduated from the dental hygiene program at UAMS in May 2023. She is passionate about helping her patients at Congo Dental Studio in Benton, AR feel confident in their smiles. Outside the office, she loves to read and spend quality time with her family, often discussing her experiences at Congo Dental Studio.
